People come to therapy for many different reasons: anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, being pregnant or having a child, questions of identity, or simply a sense of feeling stuck.

Together, we try to make sense of what may lie underneath these experiences, and to create the possibility for change through speaking, reflection, and understanding.

I offer counselling and psychotherapy for people living or working in Bristol.
