Robert Holman, psychodynamic psychotherapist in Bristol

Psychotherapy and counselling in Bristol.

People come to therapy for many different reasons. You may be struggling with anxiety or depression, difficulties in relationships, questions about identity, the experience of becoming a parent, or a persistent sense that something in life is not quite working.

Sometimes we know something is troubling us but cannot fully understand why. Therapy offers a space to speak freely and to think together about what may lie beneath the surface of our difficulties.

My approach is psychoanalytic and psychodynamic. Through conversation, reflection, and careful attention to experience, therapy can create the possibility for greater understanding and meaningful change.

I offer psychotherapy and counselling for adults living or working in Bristol.

If you are considering therapy, please get in touch by phone or email. I will respond within 24 hours to arrange an initial consultation, where we can discuss what has brought you to seek therapy and whether working together feels right.
