We come to therapy for all sorts of reasons.
You may have something specific in mind, or your reason for seeking time and space may be more difficult to put into words.
I am experienced in working with adults with a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, bereavement and loss, questions concerning identity, relationships, sexuality, and a sense of meaning and place in the world. I welcome people who hear voices, or experience distressing thoughts or beliefs.
I offer an initial meeting where we can discuss what has brought you to therapy at this time. Together we can explore your expectations and what you want to get from therapy. If we decide to work together we may arrange to meet for an agreed number of sessions, or we may work in a more open-ended way.
Sessions last for approximately one hour. I leave time between sessions to allow those people wishing to remain anonymous the opportunity to do so. I have extensive experience of providing FaceTime/Skype sessions.
Sessions cost £60.
