I trained in South London, and hold a diploma (level 4) in therapeutic counselling. I am a registered member of the BACP.
I qualified as a counsellor in 2014 and have worked extensively as a counsellor and psychotherapist in the NHS, voluntary sector, and in private practice.
Until recently, I also worked at Islington Mind as a therapist in the Psychosis Therapy Project.
I have a particular interest in psychoanalysis and have completed courses with the Centre for Freudian Analysis and Research (CFAR) and the Site for Contemporary Psychoanalysis. I am now developing my practice further through doing a Psychodynamic Psychotherapy training with the Severnside Institute for Psychotherapy in Bristol.
I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). Membership number 849631. Registered Member 377420.
I have a strong commitment to personal and professional integrity, and my work is in line with the BACP Ethical Framework, which you can find here.
